Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and to the highest possible standard. However in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at nsridata@cranfield.ac.uk or on 01234 75 29 92.

If you check out in error, before you download the data / maps / photos, please contact us on nsridata@cranfield.ac.uk or 01234 75 29 92 to discuss a refund. Much like renting a film online, refunds are not available for data that has been downloaded, unless there is a problem with the data.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email at nsridata@cranfield.ac.uk or by phone at 01234 75 29 92.

You will also need to confirm that all copies of the data, including backup files, email attachments and printed versions, have been deleted or destroyed.
